Pork
Take a two pound pork roast
put it in the pressure cooker with ½ cup of water. Season it
with some hot sauce on top (I use Cholula sauce from Mexico, you
can buy it in the states, but, any hot sauce should work) and
some Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top of the sauce. (I use Tony
Chachere’s Creole seasoning, also from the states). Cook for 30
min. under pressure, let cool down and pull pork apart to add to
Chile. |
