Jalapeno Corn Bread
5 cups
cornmeal
6 tbsp.
sugar
1 tsp. salt
8 tsp.
baking powder
2 ½ cups
milk
2 eggs
beaten
½ cup
vegetable oil
1 ½ cups
cream style or whole corn
½ cup
chopped white onion
½ cup diced
Jalapenos
5 cups
grated cheddar cheese
Mix well
cornmeal, sugar, salt, and baking powder, add milk, eggs, oil,
corn, onion, jalapenos, and cheese, stir well pour into baking
pans. Will make one large Pyrex and one small Pyrex. 24 pieces
